1. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

2. RETURN PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Every order placed before 3PM CST on a weekday will ship the same day. Otherwise, we will arrange your shipment on the following business day. We do not ship on weekend.

Another 5-7 business day will be added during the holiday.

Please understand that the reasonable processing time will be added on no matter what shipping method you have choose.

We DO NOT take responsibility for the customer’s mistake. Included but not limited to the buyer provided a wrong shipping address and we have shipped.

 

3. REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twelve (12) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

4. EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
